With Gratitude

As the seasons shift and everything around us changes, I've been thinking a lot about growth and transition — how sometimes, the next step in our own journey comes from listening to that quiet nudge that says, it's time.

This reflection has led me to make a big decision about my own next chapter. After seven incredible years of nutrition coaching, I’ve made the decision to step away from coaching in my own business and move in a new direction.

Coaching has been so much more than a job for me. It’s been a journey filled with meaningful conversations, breakthroughs, and relationships that I’ll always treasure. Helping people build sustainable habits and confidence around health and wellness has truly been one of the greatest joys of my life.

Over time, I’ve felt a pull to do something bigger — to take the lessons I’ve learned from coaching and use them to make an impact on a broader scale. It’s both exciting and bittersweet, but it feels like the right next step.

If there’s one thing I’d love to leave you with, it’s this: progress doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from consistency, patience, and self-compassion. Keep showing up for yourself in small ways every day — those habits truly add up.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to be part of your journey. You’ve taught me as much as I hope I’ve taught you, and I’ll always be cheering you on.

In Health,
Kristen
